1-2 onions, thinly sliced
2 cups (500 ml) chicken stock or water
1 cup (250 ml) roasted buckwheat*
6 oz (175 g) bow-tie pasta (farfel), cooked according to
package directions and drained
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
